SESSION AGENDA:

  • Vendor Onboarding is the Key to Driving Organizational Value
The data within your supplier file is relied upon by your entire organization every day. Procurement, risk, finance, business owners… decisions are made, deals are struck, people are paid, and risk is assessed—or not— based on what has been input into your ERP. With so much at stake, why do many treasury teams steer clear of vendor onboarding?  This discussion will illuminate how to draw direct value from the process of vendor onboarding that can be measured in myriad ways, including risk avoidance, maverick spend reduction, and driving the adoption of preferred payment types, including virtual cards, to drive rebate revenue.

    Attendees will leave with:

    • A blueprint for calculating the value of vendor onboarding and management unique to their organization

    • An understanding of social engineering and vendor impersonation scams and how they can infiltrate your current process

    • A plan to use vendor onboarding and a lever to drive the adoption of virtual cards for vendor payments

Speakers: Angela Sarno, VP, Marketing, PaymentWorks, and Jill Moore, Executive Director, Product Solutions Specialist, J.P. Morgan Chase

  • Psychological Safety in Today’s Workplace: No hard Hat or Steel Toes Needed
This session will evaluate if you have psychological safety in your workplace. What is psychological safety, how do you build it for yourself or your team, and how does the team benefit from it? We will discuss as an individual contributor as well as from a leader’s perspective. Use these tools to also build safety for your customers and allow them to discuss things openly and honestly with you.
